TAX STATUS

IB Geography Pods is operated as a French micro-enterprise.

In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code Général des Impôts), VAT (TVA) is not charged on subscriptions.

TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI.


ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using IB Geography Pods, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the website immediately.


SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD

A subscription provides access to IB Geography Pods for a period of one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Subscribers will receive confirmation of payment following purchase and may receive reminder emails before their subscription expires.
Access to the website will cease upon subscription expiry unless renewed.


WHOLE SCHOOL SUBSCRIPTIONS

A Whole School Subscription grants access to teachers, students and parents associated with a single school campus.

The licence may be used both on school premises and at home by members of that educational establishment.

The subscription may not be shared with:

• Other schools
• Other campuses within a multi-campus organisation
• Other schools within a multi-academy trust
• Any individual or organisation not directly covered by the subscription

Each school campus requires its own separate subscription.

If there is reasonable evidence that login details have been shared outside the licensed school campus, access may be suspended or terminated without refund.


INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

An Individual Subscription is licensed to a single user only.

Login details must not be shared with any other individual, school or organisation.

If login credentials are shared, access may be suspended or terminated without refund.


REFUND POLICY

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and remain entirely at the discretion of IB Geography Pods.

Where a refund is approved, any payment processing fees already incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content published on IB Geography Pods, including but not limited to text, worksheets, presentations, videos, graphics, downloadable resources and other materials, remains the intellectual property of IB Geography Pods unless otherwise stated.

​Subscribers may:

• Use materials for their own teaching and learning
• Use materials with students covered by their subscription licence
• Print or display materials for educational purposes within the scope of their subscription

Subscribers may not:

• Republish materials online or offline
• Upload materials to other websites or shared drives accessible outside the licensed group
• Sell, distribute or commercially exploit any materials
• Remove copyright notices
• Share subscription content with non-subscribers

Any use beyond that expressly permitted requires prior written permission from IB Geography Pods.


WEBSITE USE

Users agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of IB Geography Pods and third parties
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Not interfere with the operation or security of the website

The website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected with the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), the International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge University Press & Assessment, Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE), or Cambridge International Education.

References to IB Diploma Programme Geography, IGCSE Geography (0460), syllabuses, specifications, assessment objectives, examination terminology or curriculum content are provided solely for educational and reference purposes.
