First Time Purchase by Credit Card - Individual & Whole School Subscription

For fast access, payment is taken by credit card using the secure Stripe payment system.

Whole School Subscription €110 - Once you have paid, the team at ibgeographypods will manually set up your school account and then email you your school specific login link to share with your school community. This will be done as quickly as possible.

Please check in your Junk Mail folder in case the confirmation & new account instructions email ends up there.

Individual Subscription €45 - Once you have paid, your access is immediate.

Whole School Subscription

For an educator to use IBGeographypods with a class in a computer suite.
For an establishment that wants to share the login with all its students and teachers so it can be used at home and at school.
Unlimited number of students and staff.
Lasts for one calendar year from the date the payment is processed.
Terms and conditions (below) are viewed and accepted as part of setting up your account.
Login details may be shared with colleagues and students in your school.

Individual Subscription

For an individual educator preparing lessons or using IBGeographypods on a projector or IWB in front of a class.
For a student whose school has not purchased a 'Whole School License' but who wants full access to the site at home.
For a home educator or a personal tutor.
Lasts for one calendar year from the date the payment is processed.
Terms and conditions (below) are viewed and accepted as part of setting up your account
Login details may not be shared with anyone else and must be kept private.

Terms & Conditions

TAX SITUATION

IBGeographypods is a French business operating under the Micro Entrepreneur Scheme. To promote small business initiatives, the French government allows small enterprises with a modest turnover not to charge TVA / VAT under a system called 'regime de la franchise TVA.
TVA Non applicable, art 293 B du CGI.

USER AGREEMENT

Membership provides full access to IBGeographypods for one year.
You will be sent a confirmation of your received payment.
You will be sent a reminder one month before your subscription expires.

WHOLE SCHOOL SUBSCRIPTION

Buying an institutional licence will entitle you to use IBGeographypods with unlimited use for teachers, pupils and parents accessing it at home and in school provided that these people are members of your educational establishment.
Any evidence that your password is being shared with individuals outside of your educational establishment will lead to the login becoming invalid and the rights to a refund will be lost.
Refunds for all subscriptions will only be given in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the site owner.

INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIPTION

If you register as an individual user, only ONE user will be allowed onto the site with your password at any one time.
If you share your individual password with other people or establishments; this will lead to your login details becoming invalid and any rights to a refund will be lost.
Refunds for all subscriptions will only be given in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the site owner.

OTHER POINTS

Copies of parts or the whole of IBGeographypods cannot be made available for offline viewing.
Material from IBGeographypods may not be republished, broadcast or transmitted in any way, except for your own use as a teacher and that of your pupils within your own educational establishment for the period that the membership licence is valid.
Any other use requires the prior written permission of IBGeographypods
You agree not to adapt or alter any of the material contained in this site or use it for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party.
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which they are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall remain, in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of IBGeographypods and therefore should cease using this website immediately.
This site is intended to be used as a teaching and learning aid and should supplement thorough Geography teaching. No responsibility is taken for examination outcome or performance of students.
This site is in no way officially linked to the IBO.
